Frequently asked questions

Orders

Yes, you may be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Or if you want to make changes, please contact our Online Customer Service.
 
You can’t add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order for any additional pieces. 
Here’s how:
 
Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or brand
 
Select your desired item and click Add To Chart. Once you’ve added all items, it’s time to checkout
 
Sign in to your account or, if you’ve not yet created one, continue via guest checkout
 
Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

Follow the forgotten password link on our login page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email asking you to reset your password. 

No, we can log in to the website to buy, or do not log in directly to buy. If you are not logged in, you need to provide the email address and delivery address to the customer.

Delivery

We’re creating a more sustainable shopping experience. To reduce waste, please contact our Online Customer Service to get the invoice.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send it within 4 business days. Depending on your location and selected delivery method, delivery can take around 7 business days. We’ll email you with the tracking information and an estimated delivery date when each item is sent.

You can also track your order by heading to Orders & Returns in your account.

This varies depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. You’ll see the delivery fee at the checkout.

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, Hold Balance will take payment when you place your order.

This is determined by your delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before placing your order. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in USD for a competitive exchange rate.

Products

Your order will be carefuly prepared in a protective Hold Balance package. If the designer has provided any branded boxes, dust bags ot cases, these will also be inculded. 

Our offering is expertly curated by the best outdoor products brands and boutiques around the globe and all our items are guaranteed authenic. 

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don’t offer reserbations. 

Returns & Refunds

You can track your return by using the tracking number assigned to your Return Label. Once your return has been received by our brand, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. As soon as it’s accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
 
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Please Email us Or contact our Online Customer Service with the subject line “return” and your order number in the body of the email, we will get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.

If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a seprate transaction.

You have total peace of mind! If for any reason an item you have purchased does not meet  your satisfaction, you may return that item any time you would like.

You can report issue within 30 days, we’ll issue a refund or a replacement without charge any fees. Unfortunately, if you run into an ossue after the 30-day mark, we won’t be able to accept a return.

Refunds:

Once the goods are returned to us in the orginal and unused condition, we will quality check them and process a refund. 

You refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within of payment, within a few of days of receiving your return. 

Promotions

Items that are labelled or added to the promotions page may be eligible for a promotion. If a minimum spend applies, this must be spent in a single transaction.
