Yes, all our products are handmade. Each item takes time to craft, so shipping may be slower than usual. Thank you for your understanding.

How should I wash and care for it?

Hand wash or use a laundry bag with a cold gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and high heat. Air dry naturally.
Do you offer international shipping?

What should I do if I entered the wrong address?
